Video 1. NK cell induced GzB-mediated killing event 1.
Human NK92 cells were co-cultured with MDA-MB-231 cells stably expressing the dual reporter pGFP-N1:NES-Casp8-GFP-T2A-GrzB-mCherry were imaged over time by time lapse microscopy. Images have been background subtracted and adjusted for brightness and contrast using Zen 3.0. Scale 100 μm.

Video 2. NK cell induced GzB-mediated killing event 2.

Video 3. Casp8-mediated killing event with TRAIL. MDA-MB-231 cells stably expressing the dual reporter pGFP-N1:NES-Casp8-GFP-T2A-GrzB-mCherry and human recombinant TRAIL were imaged over time by time lapse microscopy. Images have been background subtracted and adjusted for brightness and contrast using Zen 3.0. Scale 100 μm.

Video 4.
